We’re Jake and Karen, a husband-and-wife duo who turned a spontaneous idea into a passion project, bringing the Triad its first mobile sauna experience. Having called this city home since 2010, we’re proud members of the community and lifelong athletes who understand the value of recovery, balance, and the power of heat.
